nd booking the Trip. You cleared all my doubts before booking the trip. 2. The Resort "Anelia" was a wonderful location with a good Spread during Breakfast and Dinner. The Rooms were nice and comfortable. The Boat house was great to have within the hotel 3. The Travel Guides from Seaside holidays, Kevin and Madhuri were wonderful and funny and very humble and down to earth on both days during the North Tour and the South tour. I wish the tours were good as well but unfortunately, they weren't. 4. Pick ups were punctual except for when we arrived where they made us wait for 30 mins; The Drivers Jonathan during arrival and Wazir during departure were very humble and nice. 5. The Payment schedule and detail on the travel triangle website was great to have , I could access it and get details whenever I wanted. And the Payment schedule was easy to follow Cons: i am being as honest as i can 1. Inclusions in the Package: i think that it is important to live up to the inclusions of the package or else it is disappointing for the traveler. eg. The inclusions stated that there is a Sim card included. Nowdays we all like to be contactable and we don't mind paying for it. I was told that this is free and i didn't make my own arrangements, When I arrived at the airport, AMAR at counter 25 tells me i will get the sim card at the hotel, When i arrive at the hotel they said you have to contact the tour agency. Why do i have to go through this? you should have just told me that you are not giving me a sim card and i would have made my arrangements. I did not get it at all ultimately Another Example is " Free Candle light dinner at the beach" i have traveled across south east asia and had many of these, this was by far the worst. They did not give us an option to choose what we were going to eat and when the food arrived it was not what we would have liked to have. We landed up taking the food from the buffet which killed the entire feel of a candle light dinner. 2. The Hotel Staff - The Staff at the hotel really needs a course in Customer service. I have a couple of examples. they hardly smiled when you greeted them. I asked for a beer and the Waiter started serving it without slanting the glass and all the froth got accumulated. How can you not know how to pour a beer ?. Another instance on the 3rd day i ran our of Tooth paste, i asked the Concierge , the housekeeping at around 3pm , after not getting any response until 8pm i went to the reception and asked, this guy whose name started with "g" i think tells me that he will arrange it and to come to him after dinner. So i go to him after dinner and he tells me it is over. Then he suggests that i should wake up at 7am and go to the main road to purchase it. what kind of awful customer service is this? i went to get it the next morning however what i dint like is that after all this no one in the hotel bothered to ask me if i got what i needed. Simply Awful Customer service for such a beautiful hotel. The Cutlery and Glasses on 3 or 4 occasions were not clean. 2 times during breakfast we had to wait for 15 mins before getting some tea/coffee. Once i even went to the area where it was made myself to get it because i was tired of waiting. 3. The Tours - The South Trip the first day was good but some place we were taken to were totally unnecessary, they said they are taking us to a handicraft and souvenirs shop and then to a local t shirt shop. this was nothing but 2 small shops next to each other who seemed to be the Tourist agencies friends because there was nothing great about it. Then we go down south to the Vallee du couleurs, We had no choice but to have lunch there with not much variety. then everyone was asked if they wanted to do any tours or adventure sports ( of course at an extra cost). My wife was pregnant so i couldn't do any of the stuff and i had to pay for a private car to take us around because we didn't want to get bored for 3 hours. You need to be more specific about that you are offering in your tours, i would have stayed in the hotel and the pool rather than going here honestly if i knew what to expect. I didn't go for the tour the next days because of this. The North tour - the only good part about this was the water-front - apart from this they took as to a fort ( smallest fort i have ever seen), a church ( didn't see any point in this ) and a Mall ( why would i want to go to a mall ? ). Again if all this was well explained in the beginning, i wouldn't have taken this tour either. I think you need to have more clarity with what you are offering, i had a great experience before booking but a not so great experience while I was there.
